BTS V Reveals 'Angry Arm Muscles' After Running... Surprise Visit to Exhibition

BTS member V is drawing attention for proving his thorough self-management and exceptional love for fans ahead of his comeback.

On the 1st, V shared his record of 1 hour and 20 minutes of running along with a glimpse of himself right after exercising on his social media. In the released video, V is seen resting in the locker room after a long session of cardio. Notably, his toned arm muscles revealed under his short-sleeved t-shirt and his flawless visuals despite being bare-faced right after working out amazed fans.

V's physical management is a result of a promise made to fans before his enlistment. He had expressed his ambition to build stamina that would allow him to perform multiple concerts without getting tired. In fact, while serving in the Military Police Special Operations Division (SDT), V ranked first in shooting and various training exercises, earning the 'Exemplary Military Police Award' and drawing attention for his diligent military life.

Currently, V is known to be focusing on rehabilitation and running rather than strength training after his discharge. In a recent live broadcast, he mentioned the need for rehabilitation due to a shoulder injury from past activities and exercise during his military service, stating that he is dedicating himself to cardio workouts instead of weight training for the time being.

Not only his self-management but also his 'surprise communication' with fans is a hot topic. After finishing his workout, V unexpectedly visited his solo exhibition 'V Type B: Onsite in Seoul'. He shared photos from the venue through the fan platform Weverse, amusingly relaying how fans, focused on the message zone, failed to recognize him right behind them.
