Disney+'s new original variety show 'Destiny War 49' has captured public attention by announcing shocking missions. It is particularly drawing extraordinary interest as it marks the return of Park Na-rae, who is making her first appearance after a hiatus.
On the 9th, Disney+ released a trailer announcing the fierce competition among South Korea's top destiny sorcerers. This program will test the limits of the sorcerers through the world's first challenge and a groundbreaking mission that breaks taboos. The released poster features 49 experts who have reached the pinnacle in various fields such as tarot, fortune-telling, shamanism, and physiognomy, heightening the tension.
The released trailer vividly captured extreme competitive situations. Upon learning about the mission, the destiny sorcerers expressed their bewilderment, saying, "I really gritted my teeth" and "This is too dangerous," but soon approached the competition with a solemn determination of "Let's die once," stimulating viewers' dopamine levels.
'Destiny War 49' is a survival variety show where 49 destiny sorcerers perform harsh missions to prove their abilities. Broadcaster Jeon Hyun-moo serves as the main MC, while Park Na-rae, Park Ha-sun, Shin Dong, and Kang Ji-young join as fixed panelists to anchor the program.
Above all, this work is highly talked about as it is a comeback project for comedian Park Na-rae, who is reappearing before the public. Park Na-rae had temporarily suspended her activities due to a legal dispute with her former managers last December. According to the production team, the program was filmed before Park Na-rae's announcement of her hiatus.
Disney+'s 'Destiny War 49', which deals with the fierce competition of destiny sorcerers fighting for their pride, will simultaneously release four episodes on the 11th, followed by a total of 10 episodes over four weeks.
