Comedian Song Young-gil confessed the sorrows of being a single dad for 8 years after his divorce and his deep love for his two sons. On the 3rd, he appeared on the YouTube channel 'My Heart, Your Heart' and openly shared his life raising his two sons alone after the divorce, capturing the public's attention.

Currently raising his two sons, who are in 6th and 3rd grades, Song Young-gil recalled the painful memories from the time of his divorce. He revealed, "For three months after the divorce, I cried alone every night at the fountain in the apartment complex," adding, "It took me four years to gather my thoughts," which evoked sympathy.
He also shared his honest feelings about remarriage and his children's reactions. Song Young-gil said, "My eldest son asked, 'Dad, why don’t you have a girlfriend?' When I asked why, he replied, 'I wish I had a mom too,' which made my heart ache," realizing the void of their mother still remained in his children's hearts.
