Actress Jung Si-a's daughter, Baek Seo-woo, has proven her exceptional artistic talent by becoming the youngest artist to participate in the prestigious domestic exhibition, 'Seoul International Sculpture Festa', at the age of middle school.
On January 30, a video was released on the YouTube channel 'Jung Si-a's Asijung' showing Jung Si-a visiting the exhibition hall with her daughter Seo-woo. Jung Si-a stated, "I will attend the press conference for the preview of the 2026 Seoul International Sculpture Festa," revealing that three of Seo-woo's works are exhibited in this event held at COEX. Notably, Seo-woo was selected as the youngest artist of this exhibition and was officially invited to the preview event.
At the exhibition site, Jung Si-a introduced herself as 'the manager of artist Baek Seo-woo' and actively supported her daughter's endeavors. She expressed deep gratitude for being recognized among talented artists, stating, "Only two of us, including Seo-woo, were selected as the youngest artists in a serious setting where most participating artists are adults."
Her maternal love for watching her daughter's growth was also evident. Jung Si-a shared, "I feel much happier than when I do well myself," and expressed her overwhelming feelings, saying, "I am experiencing the meaning of feeling full even without eating." Seo-woo also caught attention by sharing her mature thoughts, stating, "I feel like I have matured more through my paintings."
This is not the first time Baek Seo-woo has achieved artistic success. Last year, she participated in the 'LA Art Show Fair' and made headlines by selling out her exhibited works, gaining attention in the global art scene. Debuting as a picture book author at the young age of 11, Seo-woo is currently attending Yewon Arts Middle School and is on the path of becoming a professional artist.
With the talent inherited from actress Jung Si-a and Baek Do-bin, Baek Seo-woo is rapidly emerging as a promising figure in the art world, drawing public support and interest in her future endeavors.
