Singer MC Mong has moved quickly to hold a Busan show following the ultra-fast sellout of his Seoul solo concert. On the 6th, MC Mong announced through his official channel that ticketing for the Busan concert has begun exclusively via YES24, and that he will meet fans at the venue in Busan on Aug. 29.
MC Mong will meet fans in Seoul at the YES24 Live Hall over two days, Aug. 14 and 16. The performances mark a solo concert held for the first time in about four years, drawing intense attention from fans. In fact, tickets for the Seoul show sold out completely in just 1 minute and 30 seconds after opening, sparking a strong response.
Building on the scorching enthusiasm from the Seoul run, the Busan concert—now confirmed—has also been drawing high interest from fans right after ticket opening, showing early signs of a hit.

MC Mong’s decision to hold a concert amid recent controversy is prompting various interpretations, as it is also seen as a return to his main line of work. MC Mong stepped down from his co-CEO position at One Hundred, which he helped launch last year alongside Chairman Cha Ga-won.
After that, as Cha was detained over alleged fraud charges in the 30 billion won range, MC Mong was also swept up in various rumors, including allegations of illegal gambling. He strongly denied the claims and said he would take legal action.
