Lee Seo, a member of the girl group Ive, is making headlines by confessing to the realistic changes in her physical fitness since turning 20.
On the 26th of last month, Lee Seo appeared on the YouTube channel 'If You Open Your Mouth', hosted by comedian Lee Yong-jin, showcasing her candid talk. Now 20 years old, Lee Seo mentioned that aside from the change in age, there hasn't been a significant change, but she expressed her physical limitations felt while managing a busy schedule.
On that day, Lee Seo revealed filming episodes while preparing for new song activities, traveling around various parts of Seoul such as Paju, Cheongdam, and Seongsu. She mentioned feeling that her body isn't the same as before, referring to the extreme fatigue that hits her right after her schedule. In particular, she noted that she started feeling this decline in physical fitness since last summer, which drew laughter from those around her.
Additionally, while filming in weather below minus 10 degrees, she mentioned that negative thoughts crossed her mind, and through seeing herself in that state, she finally realized she had become an adult. In response, Lee Yong-jin brought a cheerful atmosphere with his characteristic witty remarks.
Meanwhile, Ive, to which Lee Seo belongs, made a glamorous comeback by releasing their second full album 'Revive Plus (REVIVE+)' on the 23rd of last month. The title track 'Bang Bang' dominated the top ranks of major domestic and international music charts immediately after its release, and secured first place on KBS2's 'Music Bank' broadcast on the 13th, proving their solid position as a leading girl group.
