'Donkey Ears' Yang Joon-hyuk♥Park Hyun-sun, Twins Conceived Through IVF… Heartbreaking Story of Losing One Child Revealed

Former baseball player Yang Joon-hyuk revealed the heartbreaking story of having to send off one of his twin children during a broadcast, ultimately shedding tears.

On the 8th, KBS 2TV's 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkeys' aired a segment showing the home of Yang Joon-hyuk and Park Hyun-sun in Pohang, where they shared the pain of a miscarriage that they had not previously disclosed. On this day, Yang Joon-hyuk's wife, Park Hyun-sun, cautiously mentioned that they had originally been pregnant with twins through IVF but had lost one child.

Park Hyun-sun recalled, "When we were blessed with twins through IVF, I was so happy that I felt anxious instead." However, during the early pregnancy check-up, the heartbeat of one child began to fade, and ultimately, they received the heartbreaking news that the child had left them during the next week's examination. She added that she endured without time to grieve, determined to protect the remaining child.

Watching the footage in the studio, Yang Joon-hyuk cried as he shared that his biggest concern upon hearing the news of the miscarriage was for his wife. He said, "Having gone through many hardships, I can endure, but I was afraid my wife would be hurt," expressing gratitude that "my wife handled the situation more maturely than I did." He then made a heartfelt confession to his wife, who endured alone without showing any signs of distress, saying, "I really love you," which made the atmosphere solemn.

The couple is reportedly putting great effort into prenatal education to meet their remaining child in good health, overcoming their pain together. Viewers are sending warm messages of support and encouragement to the Yang Joon-hyuk couple, who have overcome this difficult time with love and trust in each other.

Meanwhile, 'The Boss's Ears Are Donkeys,' which has been touching viewers' hearts, airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM on KBS 2TV.
