Actor Lee Jae-ryong fled the scene after causing a drunk driving accident and was later caught by the police. He has a similar history in the past, which has sparked public outrage.
According to reports from MBN and others on the 7th, Lee Jae-ryong crashed into the central divider while driving under the influence around 2 AM near Samseongjungang Station on Subway Line 9 in Gangnam, Seoul. The shocking part is his response immediately after the accident. He reportedly left the scene without any proper handling.
As a result of the police investigation, it was confirmed that Lee Jae-ryong parked his vehicle at his home after leaving the accident site and then moved to another building nearby, where he was apprehended by the responding police. At the time of his arrest, his blood alcohol concentration was confirmed to be at a license suspension level.
This is not the first time Lee Jae-ryong has faced controversy related to drinking.
