On the 2nd, Son Jeong-eun posted a photo on her social media, announcing that she achieved two bucket list goals last year. In the first half of the year, she completed a full marathon through the reality program "Running to Live," and in the second half, she successfully completed a long-desired body profile shoot.
In the released photo, Son Jeong-eun flaunted her perfect body line in a crop top and leggings, showcasing the results of her workouts. Notably, her clearly defined abdominal muscles hinted at the effort she has put in, drawing admiration from viewers.
Son Jeong-eun endured daily training for three months to complete the full marathon, and she also revealed that she maintained consistent exercise and a strict diet for her body profile preparation. She explained that while her weight changed by about 2kg, her muscle mass increased and body fat decreased, resulting in a noticeably different body line.
She emphasized that exercise has changed her life, highlighting that it was a precious time that allowed her to become stronger mentally, not just physically.
Starting her career as an announcer at Busan MBC in 2004, Son Jeong-eun joined MBC as a public recruitment announcer in 2006, receiving great love while hosting major programs such as news desk anchoring. After leaving MBC in 2021, she has been actively pursuing various fields as a freelance broadcaster.
