Popular mukbang creator Jjuyang has shocked fans by revealing a serious lack of muscle despite consuming 30,000 calories a day.

On the 1st, a video was posted on Jjuyang's official YouTube channel showing her visiting the National Fitness Certification Center for a detailed physical examination. Now 30 years old, Jjuyang confessed, "I have lost so much strength that even climbing five stairs is difficult," as she prepared for the test.
Jjuyang explained that she had previously gained weight up to 58kg while exercising, but after stopping her workouts, she rapidly lost weight and is now about 14kg lighter.
The results of the examination were surprising. Jjuyang's physical specs showed a height of 161.7cm and a weight of 45.8kg. Notably, her skeletal muscle mass was recorded at 18%, and her body fat percentage was 26.5%, both deemed 'below standard' for weight and muscle mass. While her flexibility and cardiovascular endurance were rated as excellent at level 1, her strength was only rated at level 3, resulting in an overall assessment of level 3.
A specialist on-site diagnosed Jjuyang's condition as "essentially at the level of a high school student in terms of muscle mass." He advised that to maintain a healthy body, not just simple dietary adjustments but strength-focused weight training is essential.
In response, Jjuyang expressed her embarrassment, saying, "Since I stopped exercising, my muscles have disappeared in an instant." After hearing the expert's warning that muscle loss accelerates with age, Jjuyang resolved to learn strength training methods on the spot to manage her fitness.
At the end of the video, Jjuyang stated, "Now that I have reached an age where I need to think about my health, I will exercise diligently," urging viewers to also maintain consistent health management. Despite her enormous food intake, Jjuyang's slender physique and surprising test results have sparked concern and support from her fans.
