Comedian Park Na-rae has suspended her broadcasting activities amid allegations of manager abuse and illegal medical procedures, while new suspicions have arisen with the emergence of a revealing comment claiming 'free use by a company' regarding the 'outdoor bath installation' scene showcased in a past broadcast.
Recently, an internet user, referred to as A, commented on a YouTube video related to Park Na-rae, stating, "1-2 years ago, there was an episode of 'I Live Alone' where Park Na-rae decorated her house alone. There was a scene where a hinoki outdoor bath was set up in the yard, but it appeared as if she did it all by herself on TV."
A continued, "That was installed for free by asking the company. They requested it to be done in just 1-2 days, and the staff worked overnight," adding, "However, Park Na-rae did not express any gratitude to the hardworking staff, nor did she offer them even a drink."
Furthermore, A stated, "The broadcast made it seem like she struggled to decorate it herself. At that time, I thought, 'That's not great.'" This comment linked to the current controversy and raised suspicions.
Online, the outdoor bath that was revealed in the 2023 episode of 'I Live Alone' is being discussed again. At that time, Park Na-rae was seen securing bamboo and installing water connection devices, completing the outdoor bathtub while saying, "This is a birthday gift that Na-rae gives to herself this year," which garnered a significant response from viewers. However, the facts surrounding A's comment have not been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Park Na-rae has found herself at the center of controversy due to allegations of manager abuse, verbal abuse, special injury, and unaccounted business expenses raised by her former managers, as well as suspicions of illegal medical procedures and proxy prescriptions through what is known as 'injection aunt.' The former managers have initiated legal action, and Park Na-rae has officially stated through social media, "Everything is my fault," and "I will suspend my activities until the controversy is resolved." Additionally, medical organizations have raised issues regarding the 'injection aunt' controversy, stating, "Medical practices in the country are illegal."
