
The leader of the group BTS, RM, has launched the signal for 'full group' activities with a witty declaration.
On the 2nd, RM drew attention from fans by posting the phrase "BTS is resuming sales after 4 years" on his social media. This announcement marks the beginning of their full-scale activities after a long hiatus due to military service and other reasons, eliciting a passionate response from fans worldwide, known as 'ARMY'.
According to their agency, Big Hit Music, BTS will make a full return to the music scene with the release of their 5th studio album 'Arirang' on March 20. This album is expected to solidify the team's identity by featuring traditional Korean folk songs that represent Korean sentiment. The 14 tracks included are filled with the members' genuine emotions, hinting at the birth of another masterpiece.
Along with the comeback, an unprecedented scale world tour will also take place. BTS will kick off a total of 79 shows, the largest in K-pop history, starting from Goyang Sports Complex on April 9. They will be entering stadium venues in the U.S. such as El Paso and Baltimore for the first time, and plan to showcase overwhelming performances with a 360-degree stage production that maximizes audience immersion.
BTS's upcoming activities, which are set to shake the global music market, are expected to kick off with the simultaneous release of the album worldwide in March.
