On the 12th, Yang Chi-seung announced through his social media that he is beginning a new start in 2026, revealing a photo of his business card indicating that he will now be working as an employee rather than a CEO. He introduced his new workplace as a professional service management company with 17 years of experience, responsible for overall community management including cleaning, security, and outdoor advertising for buildings such as apartments and commercial spaces. He requested to be called by his new title, Executive Director Yang, stating he would be ready to jump in at any time.
This transformation of Yang Chi-seung is particularly noteworthy as it comes after he experienced a regrettable fraud incident. He opened a large gym in Gangnam, Seoul, through a friend's introduction, but faced the ordeal of receiving an eviction order from the Gangnam District Office just three years into operation. Investigations revealed that the owner of the building had concealed the fact that they had a 20-year lease agreement with the district office and had illegally entered into lease agreements with tenants like Yang Chi-seung.
At that time, Yang Chi-seung had taken out loans against his residence to secure the deposit for the gym, resulting in significant financial losses.
