SBS entertainment show 'My Too Harsh Manager - Secretary Jin' (hereafter 'Secretary Jin') has raised tension by welcoming veteran actress Lee Mi-sook as the ninth 'my star'.
Lee Mi-sook, a veteran actress celebrating her 48th year since debut, was called the icon of first love in the 1980s with representative works such as 'Whale Hunting' and 'Winter Wanderer'. Recently, she has opened her personal YouTube channel 'Sook's Lovely Mi-sook' and is continuing her second heyday.
Lee Seo-jin (54) and Kim Kwang-kyu, who became managers of their childhood idol and senior Lee Mi-sook, showed extreme tension even before meeting her. Known as a symbol of charisma, Lee Mi-sook surprised the two by conducting a 'manager interview' as soon as they met, throwing out bizarre questions that left them bewildered. In response, Kim Kwang-kyu couldn't hide his fear, saying, "She felt like a hot-tempered sergeant at the end of his service."
In a previously released preview video, there is a scene where Lee Mi-sook directly asks Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu, "Can’t we change managers?" which heightened viewers' expectations. Viewers reacted hotly, saying, "They were comfortable broadcasting with their juniors but got caught off guard," and "It was indeed time to get caught once."
The scene where Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu sweat under the care of Lee Mi-sook will be revealed in 'Secretary Jin', airing at 11:10 PM today.
