Amid ongoing conflicts between broadcaster Park Na-rae and her former manager Mr. A, a transcript of their conversation has been released, causing a stir.
On the 9th, YouTube channel Entertainment President Lee Jin-ho obtained and released a recording of a phone call between Park Na-rae and former manager Mr. A that took place in the early hours of December 8. According to the video, the two had a conversation around 1:40 AM that day, during which their complex feelings were clearly revealed.
In the released transcript, Mr. A expressed his frustration about how things had come to this point, starting the call in tears. Despite the conflict, Mr. A showed a complicated affection by taking care of Park Na-rae's dog hospital appointment and advising her to quit smoking out of concern for her health after undergoing neck surgery four times. It is reported that Park Na-rae confirmed Mr. A's location and met with him directly that early morning.
Lee Jin-ho explained that the meeting lasted about three hours and that Park Na-rae's side seemed to believe that some misunderstandings were resolved through this meeting. In fact, Park Na-rae's side later distributed a press release indicating that the misunderstandings had been cleared up.
However, Mr. A had a different stance. The next afternoon, he changed his attitude and expressed disbelief upon seeing articles stating that the misunderstandings had been resolved. He claimed that it seemed Park Na-rae met with him to issue a statement and suggested that it appeared to be an attempt to buy time to change public opinion, reigniting the conflict.
Previously, Park Na-rae had officially announced last month that she was in the process of legal proceedings regarding this matter. At that time, she showed a cautious attitude, stating that the facts raised needed to be calmly verified and that she would refrain from additional public comments until they could be objectively confirmed through official procedures.
As the battle over the truth heats up, both sides are firmly at odds, drawing public attention to the upcoming legal proceedings and objective investigation results.
