


Actress Chae Jung-an has garnered public interest by revealing her luxury villa in Hannam-dong, along with the significant profit from the property and her confident daily life after divorce.
Recently, Chae Jung-an appeared on the YouTube channel "Not Annoying Attention-Seeking Sister" and introduced her home located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The villa has an area of approximately 75 pyeong, and it is reported that Chae Jung-an purchased it for around 700 million won in 2010. The current market value of the house is estimated to be over 3 billion won, indicating a substantial profit of over 2 billion won. The interior of the revealed house boasts a clean white tone with yellow chairs as a stylish accent.
In the video, Chae Jung-an also shared her ordinary daily life with her pet dog. She showed her dedication as a dog owner by hiring a professional trainer for her dogs' adaptation and education, creating a warm atmosphere.
Chae Jung-an has previously revealed her honest feelings about her divorce through her YouTube channel. She confessed that she was already a divorcee when she started her representative work, the drama "Coffee Prince." Her close friend Lee Hye-young joked that when she got divorced, she brought two dogs, while Chae Jung-an only brought a pot, to which Chae Jung-an responded that she was very glad about her divorce, expressing satisfaction with her current life.
She further added her specific hopes for an ideal type, stating that she would like someone who shares her religious beliefs, has better financial stability than her, and is intelligent.
