

Singer Namgoong Ok-boon reminisced about her last meeting with the late voice actor Song Do-soon, who passed away at the age of 77.
On the 1st, Namgoong Ok-boon expressed her sorrow through her social media, stating that her dear sister Song Do-soon, a great star of broadcasting who had been in a coma for ten days, had finally left us. She revealed her sadness over the sudden farewell, saying she thought the deceased would quickly bounce back.
Song Do-soon passed away around 10 PM on the 31st of last month after battling an illness. The funeral hall has been set up at Asan Medical Center in Seoul, and the funeral is scheduled for 6:20 AM on the 3rd.
Namgoong Ok-boon remembered the deceased as a person who provided a generous shade as tall as her stature and led everyone like a strict leader, someone with a big presence. She also shared that their last meeting was on August 24, when they enjoyed cold noodles and bulgogi together, and she expressed her longing for the deceased who has now entered eternal rest.
She added that it is hard to believe that she can no longer meet Song Do-soon anywhere, expressing that it is a pity that such a precious person left us too soon. Namgoong Ok-boon attempted to share the last photo taken with the deceased but could not bring herself to post it due to her heartache, conveying her unexpressed feelings of affection.
Song Do-soon, who debuted as a voice actor in 1967 with TBC's third public recruitment, gained great love from viewers for her unique rapid-fire speaking style and witty commentary, contributing to the narration of the animated series Tom and Jerry, as well as various broadcasts and home shopping shows.
