In the ENA·SBS Plus entertainment program "I Am SOLO (Na-neun Sol-ro)," 23rd-generation cast members Son-ja and Young-cheol revealed to the public their full-scale wedding preparations.
Recently, on the YouTube channel "Youa Mom," a video featuring the couple's Seud-me (studio, dress, makeup) tour and a visit to their wedding venue was posted, drawing attention. In the video, Son-ja and Young-cheol personally introduced the luxury wedding hall where they plan to tie the knot.
Hangang yacht view and top-tier course meals... "Scale on par with hotel meal costs"
The wedding venue chosen by the prospective couple sits along the Han River Park in Seoul and offers an unobstructed view. An unusual scene unfolds with a high-end yacht moored beside the bridal walkway, while the bride's waiting room filled with bright natural light adds an elegant touch. In particular, the meal costs provided to guests are known to be on a level comparable to hotel wedding ceremonies. When Son-ja hinted at the meal costs to broadcaster Park Se-mi, the production team emphasized the scale through on-screen subtitles, and Park Se-mi also could not hide her anticipation for the upscale course cuisine.
A thorough-planning groom's dream comes true... A result secured after reuniting
This lavish ceremony venue is a place Young-cheol found by personally putting in the legwork, as he has long been the thorough-planning type (MBTI J). Young-cheol expressed his gratitude to Son-ja for readily accepting his wedding-day dream, adding that all preparations other than the wedding venue follow the bride's preferences entirely.
The two people, who developed into a romantic relationship through "I Am SOLO" Season 23, went through the pain of a breakup once, but ultimately realized each other's value and reunited. After that, they made plans to marry through Young-cheol's romantic yacht proposal. Son-ja, born in 1988, is known as a professional cellist, while Young-cheol, born in 1983, is said to be a working professional employed by a major domestic auto company. Amid efforts to overcome a crisis and form a marriage, many people are cheering on the couple's next steps.
