Comedian Hong Hyun-hee has successfully lost 10kg, making headlines as she records a weight in the 40s for the first time in 20 years.

On the 19th, a video titled "I Didn't Diet" was uploaded to the YouTube channel Hong Hyun-hee and Jay Seon’s Hong Seon TV. In the video, Hong Hyun-hee cheerfully responded to the flood of inquiries about her noticeably changed body shape and revealed her management secrets in detail.

In the video, Hong Hyun-hee stepped on the scale to prove her weight of 49.97kg. Reflecting on her past weight of 59kg, she expressed her surprise at entering the 40kg range for the first time in 20 years. She mentioned her son Jun-beom as a motivation, conveying her heartfelt desire to be healthy and by his side until he gets married, which resonated with viewers.

Emphasizing a change in lifestyle rather than simply starving, Hong Hyun-hee pointed to blood sugar management as the key to her weight loss. She stated that instead of trying extreme diets or shakes, she focused on creating a regular routine. Specifically, she practiced intermittent fasting by maintaining a 16-hour fasting period and made significant changes to her eating habits.

According to the detailed routine she shared, she consumed high-quality oils and fats on an empty stomach in the morning and ate vegetables and vinegar before meals to control her appetite. Hong Hyun-hee recommended this method as it reduces appetite and prevents overeating, making it easy for anyone to follow. Once this routine was established, she felt revitalized and naturally began exercising as well.

Jay Seon expressed support, noting that Hong Hyun-hee, who usually avoided revealing clothing, has gained enough confidence to wear spandex outfits when going out. At the end of the video, Hong Hyun-hee also shared a photo in a swimsuit, declaring that she would show an even healthier version of herself next summer.
